This trailblazing label is changing the game with jeans that look like classic denim but feel as comfortable as a pair of sweatpants. Founded in 2010 by Tim Kaeding and Lela Becker, every single pair is produced locally in Los Angeles. Before joining forces to launch their own brand, the pair came equipped with a ton of experience in the fashion and denim industry. Tim Kaeding worked for major companies such as 7 For All Mankind and The Gap while Lela was the former president of sales and marketing for Citizens for Humanity. The name โMotherโ was selected because of its cultural significance and is in tune with the brandโs cheeky culture. Flattering fits and flawless washes are just a few reasons this may just be the mother of all denim labels.
